BEWARE RETURNS POLICY,
Please be aware this seller has a 28 day no returns policy on their items. I bought a pair of wellington boots which now are not fit for purpose as they leak and are split on the seam. They are not a cheap item. I am very upset that all I got was an email saying outside the 28 day returns policy. I would really hope that a pair of boots would last longer than 28 days! If you want novelty products that are not expected to last then shop here as you will be left with a useless item if it breaks tears or is defective after 28 days. Be aware most shoe shops offer a full year return on their products. I will not use this seller again. This item was bought for my mother who at 74 has to count the pennies. Thanks “I love shoes” you really have a great customer services and return policy!

|very poor quality, split within 6 weeks, no exchange!,
Look nice, fit fine, but within short time huge split down the side and they are not interested in replacing or refunding. Two weeks later split on second boot, so clearly not just one-off. I previously had a cheaper pair which lasted 5 years, so pretty disappointed! Would not recommend them, looking at other reviews there is widespread quality issue here. Am now pursuing with Trading Standards..

I WOULDN`T RECOMMEND THESE WELLIES IF YOU PLAN ON GOING OUT FOR LONG WALKS WITH YOUR DOG!
I BOUGHT THE HORSES DESIGN, HAD ONLY WORN THEM 3 TIMES THEN THEY STARTED TO LEAK!! QUITE DISAPPOINTING AS THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY THAT CHEAP!! THESE ARE GREAT FASHION WELLIES, LOVE THE DESIGNS ETC, BUT THEY ARE NOT FOR WALKING IN MUD OR RAIN AT ALL!!
I WILL STICK TO HUNTER WELLIES IN FUTURE, THEY MAY BE PRICEY BUT ARE A GOOD HARD WEARING WELLY AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!
